The study was conducted on 20 daily-smoking adults who had smoked for an average of 12 years and replaced the tobacco cigarettes with e-cigarettes for two weeks. The researchers then checked their urine for levels of nicotine and 17 biomarkers of toxins and carcinogens.
During the two weeks trial, in 12 of the 17 biomarkers, there were noted significant declines. Researchers believed that the declines were comparable to those who quit smoking.

Furthermore, Leno’s definition of tobacco product includes nicotine-free e-liquids and the devices that turn them into inhalable aerosols, neither of which have anything to do with tobacco.

I feel like we have been getting a lot of really good news lately. First the FDA funded study comes out which is overwhelmingly in favor of using vapor products as tobaacco harm reduction.
Now the Royal College of Physicians are officially saying that “E-cigarettes can prevent almost all the harm from smoking” I’ve always said that true science will prevail in the end.

Just some more backward ass proposals from a mayor that doesn’t know anything outside of what his advisers are telling him. The Atlanta mayor brings up “popcorn lung,” among other things. Yet, wants to decriminalize marijuana? don’t get me wrong, I think that’s a great idea, but decriminalizing weed, and going after vaping ( indoors including vape shops ) makes no sense to me.

Two days ago SvoeMesto put up this teaser video for the Kayfun Mini V3. I for one am very excited, I’m hoping it’s much more simple to use than the Kayfun 4. The Kayfun 4 is a great tank, don’t get me wrong. But it felt a little over-engineered and fiddly to use.
I’ve been dying for a nice mouth-to-lung vape recently, and i’m hoping that SvoeMesto can fill that gap in vaping.

Hey everyone! Welcome to the first VLOG of 2016. Feels good to be back! as per usual I got a fun VLOG for you guys this week. There is some German and domestic advocacy at the beginning of the program. We go over the results of the GuideToVaping.com “BEST OF 20015” as well.
There are some interesting first impressions in there including the new Kanger device which claims it does temp control with Nichrome. I do some rough science to see if it actually works or not. We also talk about the possible toxicity of the new ceramic Target 75w coil heads.
